If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it to us for full credit or exchange within 30 days of the date of purchase.

All returns must include an RA (Return Authorization) number. You may recieve your RA number by calling our offices at (713) 957-4848 between 10:00 A.M. and 4:00 P.M. CST Monday through Friday. No returns will be accepted without an RA number. All items must be unopened, in the original packaging and in satisfactory condition in order to be refunded or replaced. All return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
